To help keep you informed this FAQ sheet will be updated from time to time.

Your request is only confirmed once you have received our email with a confirmation reference and your collection time. The on-screen message acknowledging receipt of your Booking Request for a collection slot IS NOT an indication you have been successful in placing your order - it is simply one step in the process of requesting a slot.
If successful you will receive a confirmation email with your collection details which must be ACKNOWLEDGED by return. Until you receive this email you are not considered booked

The main course box can be put straight in a microwave or oven and re-heated as necessary.
The starter box may contain a plastic chutney pot and leafy salad so remove the kebab/samosa/pakora onto a suitable plate to warm through

This freshly homemade three course Indian take-away meal is just £14.50 per person

Currently, for safety we ask you to pay by contactless card when collecting your meal. If your bill is over the current contactless limit (£45) we can also take payment by Apple Pay, Google Pay and CHIP & PIN. Cash works too, but please bring the correct amount to reduce handling

This is something we will be investigating, but are unable to offer at the moment for technical reasons.

The only meal choice you need to make is whether to go for the vegetarian or chicken main course. Unfortunately, due to demand and time restrictions, we regret we are unable to accommodate any special requests, or make other changes to the meal on offer.

Sadly due to the way in which we are having to work at the moment we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment so are unable to offer allergy free take-away meals.

Due to the level of demand we would ask that you see if you can arrange for a family member or friend to collect your order. If this is not possible please contact us and we shall see if we can accommodate you - but we cannot guarantee this. Please also be aware that for practical reasons we are unable to make changes to collection times on the day itself.

Unfortunately we simply do not have the resources to provide a delivery service at the moment.

If you have ordered a take-away meal for more than two people you may find it helpful to bring a bag in which to carry your meal home safely.
